Coach Norris is a dedicated strength and conditioning professional with a passion for optimizing athletic performance.Earning a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, and a current Doctor of Physical Therapy student, Coach Norris brings a solid foundation of physiology, biomechanics, and exercise prescription.As a TSAC-F (Tactical Strength and Conditioning Facilitator) professional, Coach Norris has demonstrated a commitment to helping athletes prepare for the unique physical demands of their chosen profession. Whether it’s improving speed, agility, stamina, balance, strength, or power, Coach Norris designs customized programs that enhance performance while minimizing the risk of injury.Coach Norris has an impressive background as a former D2 College football national champion. This firsthand experience at the collegiate level gives him valuable insights into the physical demands faced by athletes competing at a high level.Before his coaching endeavors, Coach Norris served as a Firefighter and EMT. This background instilled in him a strong work ethic, discipline, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
